Nestled in a storybook neighborhood surrounded by trees with the best view of an immaculate green space, this custom built home oozes character and charm but most importantly warmth. From the beautiful brick and stone exterior to the rich sun lit interiors.

Every inch of this 10,000+ sq. ft. home was thought through to make sure it did not feel too new. There was a theme that we kept coming back to when selecting materials, it had to have a timeless but organic look. In order to achieve that feel, we made sure to mix clean modern lines with classic materials. Materials like cobbled french limestone, distressed oak flooring and living finishes also helped give this new build a sense of history and depth. The finished result was a home that will age gracefully while creating an oasis for an incredibly kind and loving family of 6.
